
Ingredients:
– For the dough:
8 tbsp of flour
100g of butter (room temperature)
2 tbsp of powdered sugar
1/4 tsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 egg
Lemon zest
– For the cream:
1 cup of milk
1 tbsp of flour
1 small egg
1/4 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of butter
3 tsp of sugar
+ jam of choice and fruits.
Instructions:
Start by doing the dough. Mix all the ingredients together until they form a well mixed dough. Roll out the dough in a round pan and bake it for 20min (200°C).
Meanwhile mix all the ingredients of the cream in a pan, over medium heat. When the cream is thick turn off the heat. Wait for it to cool before spreading it on the baked dough.
Once you spread the cream, put a layer of jam (your choice) and top it with fruits. And done !
