Pasta sauce rouge

Ingredients:

Pasta

1 medium onion

Garlic glove

2 tbsp of vegetable oil

300g of minced meat

Salt, pepper and garlic powder

Oregano

1.5 tbsp of tomato paste

2 cups of water

Instructions:

Fry the minced onion and garlic with the vegetable oil. Once the onion becomes golden colored, add the minced meat. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then the meat is well cooked, add it to the cooked pasta. Add 1 tbsp of tomato paste and 2 cups of water. Let it boil until the pasta becomes a little bit red.
