Ingredients:
1 medium onion
Oil
200g cubed meat
Salt & Pepper
500g frozen okra (or baby okra)
1 lemon juice
Coriander
Instructions:
Chop the onion then fry it with a little bit of oil. Once it’s a bit tanned, add the cubed meat, salt and pepper. When the meat is cooked, add the okra, lemon juice and coriander. Add a little bit of water and let it boil for around 40min or until the okra is well cooked.
Serve it with basmati rice and vermicelli.
