Choux à la crème

Choux à la creme (chocolat)
Choux à la crème (vanille)

Ingredients:

Choux

1 cup of water

1/2 cup of butter

1 cup of flour

3 or 4 eggs

Cream

2 cups of warm milk

1 cup of sugar

3 tbsp of flour

2 eggs yolk

Vanilla

Lemon zest

2 tbsp of cocoa powder (optional unless you want a chocolate taste)

Instructions:

Choux: Boil water, add the melted butter. When well combined, turn off the heat. Add the flour while mixing. Turn on the heat again while mixing for around 10min. Turn off the heat, add the eggs (1 by 1) when the mixture is warm (not too hot). Form the balls and place them in an oven pan. Brush them with milk. Preheat the oven at 200°C. Bake them for around 30min until the choux become gold.

Cream: Mix the warm milk with the sugar, flour, eggs yolk, vanilla and lemon zest. Turn on the heat. Let it boil until the mixture is thick. Let it cool before filling the choux.
