ChocoMoco Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour

2 cups of sugar

4 tbsp of cocoa powder

1 cup of milk

1 cup of oil

5 eggs

2 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of vanilla

A little bit of whisky (optional)

Now for the sauce:

3/4 cup of milk

2 tbsp of cocoa powder

4 to 6 tbsp of sugar

1 tsp of vanilla

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 180°C. Start by mixing the dry ingredients of the cake and in another bowl mix the milk, eggs, oil and whisky. When both mixtures are well combined, mix them together. Place the mixture in a bundt pan and into the oven for 45min.

For the sauce mix all the ingredients on a medium heat until it becomes thick.

Wait until the cake and sauce cool then serve it with the sauce on top of the cake.
